She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hurd and Ivy "Polly" Hurd (Perrett); her brother John E. Hurd; and her nephew John D. Hurd. She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. David Hurd (Cathy) of Winston-Salem, N. C., Diane Risley (Dave) of Rockford, Patricia Withers (Mike) of Peoria and Pamela Griswold (Bill); and her sister-in-law Joan Hurd. She is also survived by her 12 nieces and nephews and 27 great nieces and nephews.
