He was predeceased by: his father Aaron Wilson; his daughter Angela Freeman; his siblings, Aaron Wilson, Ricky Wilson and Belinda Wilson; and his stepsister Veronica Wells.
He is survived by: his mother Ermma Wilson; his children, Christia Hicks (Pastor Ivan), Kushana Wilson, Michael Wilson (Fetiga) and Kenny Boles (Shalisha); his sisters, Karen Wilson, Sharee Fluker and Evelyn; and his stepbrothers, James Flint (Christy) and James Donald Pope (Victoria). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
