We bid farewell to Barbara F. Campbell (Rockford, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 16, 2024 at the age of 82. Barbara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Mulgrew and Emily Mulgrew; and her brother Bruce Mulgrew. She is survived by: her husband James; her daughters, Elaine Campbell-Weickert (Chris Weickert) and Michele Campbell; her grandchildren, Isaac Weickert, Nathaniel Weickert (Harley), Michaela Sicard, Ana Weickert, Elaina Weickert (Cora) and Lucas Weickert; and her siblings, Maureen Clark, Michael Mulgrew (Jackie) and Mary Irvin (James). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
