He was predeceased by: his father Alfonso Maldonado. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Oppenheimer Maldonado; his sister Olivia (Chad Covert); his girlfriend Elizabeth Alberts; his sons, Alexander Maldonado and Andrew Maldonado; his pet Ace; and his close friends, Luis Pena and Peter Jones. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephew, niece and cousins.
