She is survived by: her husband Anthony Tisby; her children, Kimberly Dennis (Fred Hammond), Barbra Barnette, Alice Barnette, Salithya Barnette (Patrick Tunis), Toni Barnette, William Barnette (Stephanie), Lee Barnette, Richard Barnette, Dwayne Barnette and Terrance Barnette; her stepchildren, Tavares Jack and Dwaynia Barnette; and her siblings, Adrian Jones, Aliea Jones, Lee, Sherry, Trenette Jones, Allen and Aaron Jones (Linda). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Victory Outreach (832 Sanford St, Rockford, IL 61102).
