It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Walden of Rockbridge, Illinois, born in Kane, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Baker and Nellie Baker (Stringer); her husband Earl "Skid" Walden August; and her brother-in-law Don Schaaf. She is survived by: her children, Teri Jean Holliday (Dean) of Carlinville, Jack (Melody) of Greenfield and Sam (Theresa) of Rockbridge; her grandchildren, Michael Paul (Jennifer), Misty, Robbie, Jeffrey (Jena), Colby (Elisabeth) and Alexa; her great grandchildren, Devan, Nikki, Lucas, Cheyanne, McKenna, Jaret, JaLynn, Jackson and Jayla; and her sister Martha Schaaf of Jerseyville.
