She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett DeMeyer and Helen DeMeyer (Vanderpool); her husband Dennis Mathews; and her great grandchild Zaylie Munoz. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Shields (Scott); her brother Gary DeMeyer (Sandra); her brother-in-law Dean Mathews; her grandchildren, Shelby Stevens (Garrett), Grace Munoz (Isaiah) and Isabelle Carlson (Joshua); her great grandchild Jack Stevens; her close friends, Leu Ann Huffman (Bob) and Diane Bueser; and her kitty Abby. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the church, the MS Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
