She was predeceased by: her father Paul Ladell Cook; her grandparents, Dr. Arnold, Blanche Krueger, Paul and Lela Cook; and her cousins, Jody Skinner and Valerie Ling.
She is survived by: her mother Holli Cook (Krueger); her husband Michael Jett Sr.; her children, Earl "Monster" Chinn of Prophetstown, IL and Veda Pardee (John "Toe" Keiffer); her stepmother Neva Cook (Milan); her grandchildren, Kash Keiffer and Jaxx Pardee; her stepsiblings, William McKinley Jr., Mary Taulbee, Faith Dykes, Pauline Dick and Kevin McKinley; and her pets, Lucy and Nutmeg.
