With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosalyn Edwards (Rock Island, Illinois), born in Bath, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Verla Connolly (Meegge) and Joseph M. Connolly; her siblings, Jerry, Lyle, Joe, Stan and Marilyn; and her son-in-law Mark Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Edwards; and her children, Teresa Adams, Jim Edwards (Cindy), Tom Edwards (Ann Heiden), Susan Kies (Scott), Mary Johnson (Keith) and Liz Boardman. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and their spouses/partners; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Rose's honor to Friendship Manor, 1209 21st Ave., Rock Island, 61201, for the Employee Appreciation Fund.
