We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2025, at the age of 76, Robert C. Wild of Rock Island, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Robert find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pat Wild and Annette Wild (Schomas); his wife Roxanne Youngberg; his children, Danielle Blackwood (Jeramy) and Jason Wild; his grandchildren, Jase and Bo Blackwood; and his brother Bruce Wild (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
