She is survived by: her husband McKinley Matthews; her children, Terryl Matthews (Pam), Cheryl Jackson (King), Judith Marie Holloway (William), Robbie McKinley Matthews, Rachel Deneen Lindsey (Johnnie), Joseph Matthews (Teressa) and Joel Matthews; her grandchildren, Elijah, Teleesha, Alice, Anthony, Telisha, Aaron, Freda, Felicia, Fiona, Ferina, Micah, Jahnah Dena, Daniel, Monisha, Nakeesha, Shameeka, LaShaonda, Avair, Johnathan, Jerry, Shanice Alivia, Takia, Joseph Jorel, Michelle, Joshua, Kyla and Trivion; and her siblings, Joyce Waicille Winn and Jimmy Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory - Rock Island (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
