She was predeceased by: her father Richard Brown; her daughter Liz Ballard; and her brother William Brown. She is survived by: her mother Beverly Brown (Bowles); her children, Charles Embrey (Jennifier Thompson), Mike Embrey (Sally), Judy Embrey (Terry) and John Embrey; and her brothers, Richard Brown (Cheryl), Milan and Gary Brown (Terrie). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
