Thompson of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kaster and Dorothy Kaster (Kingery); and her siblings, Phyllis, Shirley, Pat and Jack.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Thompson; her sons, Robert West (Pam), Richard A. West (Ann) and Terrill Thompson (Jen Smith); and her grandchildren, Nakesha Campbell, Andrew Tiner, Jermaine Randall, Aleijah West, Jordyn Thompson and Charlie Thompson. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
