It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Joseph Parr Jr. of Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark J. Sr. Parr and Donna L. Mitchell Parr; and his sister-in-law Mary Parr. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Abbi, Calvin, Kylie, Korbin and Mark; his wife Julie Parr; his children, Josh Parr (Kate) and Jesi Litwiler; and his siblings, Mike Parr, Dan Parr, Jeff Parr (Carol), Steve Parr, Holly Adamson (Terry) and Sam Parr (Janine). He is also survived by grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (201 4th Ave E, Milan, IL 61264).
Memorial contributions in Mark's honor may be made to the Quad Cities In-Fisherman Club or the Rock Island Conservation Club.
