She was predeceased by: her father Brent Shadden; her grandmother Ruth Kernan; and her great-grandparent Terry Docherty. She is survived by: her mother Heather Shadden (Kernan) of Le Claire, IA; her brothers, Caleb, Blake Shadden and Shawn Housby; her grandparents, Shelly Martin (Joe) of Davenport, IA, Pat Kernan (Chun) and Bob Shadden of Davenport, IA; her great-grandparents, Pat Kernan and Jeannie Docherty; and her aunts and uncles, Ryan Shadden (Katie), Nick Martin (Kayley), Amanda Bautista (Abe) and Paige Martin. She is also survived by her teachers, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial gifts and contributions may be made in care of Shadden family who will be establishing a fund for the future "Lucy's Playground.".
