She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bell and Lily Bell (Tant); her husband Neville; and her granddaughter Tiffany Todd. She is survived by: her children, Angela Behnken (Jerry) of Wichita, KS, Sandra Mizen (Steve) of Orion, IL and Paul Todd (Wendy) of Milan, IL; her grandchildren, Dan Behnken (Kim), Karrie Wendling (David) of Coon Rapids, MN, Jeremy Sloan (Natalie) of Taylor Ridge, IL, Sarah Batson (Caleb) of Abington, IL, Michael Todd of Milan, IL, Adam Todd of Milan, IL and Amanda Todd; and her great grandchildren, Ben, Natalie, Helena, Emmett, Adalyn, Caden, Juan, Adan, Leonel, Gabriel, Mia, Anuel, Mirabel, Val and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
