He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scally and Edith Scally (Shepherd). He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, John Scally (Linda) of Chicago, IL, Stephanie Chang (Steve) of Winnetka, IL, Jennifer Diab (Joe) and Gina Miller (John); his grandchildren, Katie (Dave), Daniel, Patrick, Meghan, Adam (Sara), Nick (Kirsten), Alec (Hannah), Jack, Joey and Abby; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Adalyn, Eli and Austin; and his siblings, Patricia Lillis of Marion, IA, Joe Scally of Lawler, IA and Mark Scally of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (2502 29th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Alleman High School, Seton Catholic School or Jordan Catholic School.
