It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Gordon of Rock Island, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hess and Helen Hess (Coughline); her sister Delpha Gordon; and her parents-in-law, Allen and Isabelle Gordon.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. Gordon Sr.; her children, Danielle Gordon (Roger), Thomas Gordon (Shawna), Michelle Nissen (Nathan), Teresa Gordon, Patrick Gordon and Daniel Jr. Gordon (Ashly); her siblings, Steve Hess (Jenette), Allen Gordon (Rosemary), Melville Gordon (Lonni) and Hazel Gordon; and her nieces and nephews, Chris Gordon and Bob Bohannon.

Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
