He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Howe and Clara Howe (Blair); his wife Shirley Sneath; his children, Christina Pace (James) and Clifford Sneath Jr.; his grandchildren, Tiffany and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Kailyn, Maci, Ellie and Kristy Jo; and his siblings, Elizabeth Watkins (Lee), Esther Parkins, Myra Ripley (Gary), Norma Murphy, David Howe (Pam), Gail Davison (Chris) and Kenneth Robinson (Sharon).
