He was predeceased by: his parents, Todd Parcus and Dolly Parcus (Neal); and his siblings, Elmer Ray, Charlie Parcus and Norma Fay Robertson.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Bailey of Rock Falls; his daughters, Dana Pederson (Lee) of Pingree Grove, Kelly Fritz (Craig) of Dixon and Kristen Parcus of Dixon; his siblings, Billy Parcus of Sugar Grove and Mary Ann Yates; his grandchildren, Jordan, LeSean, Amanda, Alex, Jasmine, Andrew, Michael, Crystal, Melissa, Keriayn and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Ivan, Meadow and Mary.
Masks and social distancing will be in effect for public visitation at 10:00am on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Harvest Time Bible Church, 1802 Dixon Rd, Rock Falls.
