She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Horn and Ethel Van Horn (Manon); and her siblings, Joyce Bass, Sandy Timmons, Roger Van Horn and Harold Van Horn, Jr..
She is survived by: her spouse George Bass; her children, Cindy Henson (Wess) of Sterling, Tammy Payne (Gary) of Geneseo, Jeff Bass of Dixon, Brian Bass of Sterling, Todd Bass of Rock Falls and Brad Bass (Edith) of Rock Falls; and her siblings, Diane Anderson of Mesa, AZ, Sally Ruel of Mesa, AZ, James Van Horn of Sterling, Steven Van Horn of Mesa, AZ and Jack Van Horn of Rock Falls. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren; 2 great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her memory.
