He is survived by: his pet Toby; his children, Tony Torres Jr. (Rachel) of Rock Falls, Lucy Milne (David) of Rock Falls and Jimmy Torres of Rock Falls; his grandchildren, Jennifer Milne, Michael Milne (Colleen) of St. Paul, MN, April and Ashly Torres of Rock Falls; his great grandchildren, Julian, Luciana, Everly Carroll, Rhys and Elliot Milne; his siblings, Josephine Engeldinger, Delores Rios (Alex), Ray Torres (Caroline) and Robert Torres (Pam); and his sister-in-law Trina Torres. He is also survived by his mother, father, brothers and sisters.
