She was predeceased by: her parents, John Moore and Katherine Moore (Hague); her spouse Terry Eberly; her children, Tim Eberly and Becky Richardson; and her sister Carol Hatten.
She is survived by: her son Gary Eberly of Rock Falls; and her sister Vickie Bryant of Rock Falls. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
