He was predeceased by: his father Ronald W. McNinch Sr.; and also Donald Allen. He is survived by: his mother Patricia McNinch Sr. (Wagner) of Sterling; his wife Karen S. Davis; his sons, Jarrett and Peyton McNinch; and his sister Sheila of Erie.

Memorials may be given in his memory to the American Cancer Society or to Rock River Hospice & Home.
