With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger D. Cook Sr. (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 21, 2019 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roger D. Cook Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Dap" and Hester Cook (Baine); his former wife Agnes Cook; and his sister Emma Price. He is survived by: his spouse Agnes Grubb; his sons, Roger and Darrell Cook (Bobbi) of Dixon; his stepchildren, Tammy Davis (Mark) of Ottawa, Michelle Littlebrant of Ottawa, Leslie Valiquette (Mike) of Rock Falls and William Littlebrant (Shawn) of Sandwich; and his brothers, Donnie Cook (Karen), Eugene Cook and Ben Cook. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the First Open Bible Church in Rock Falls.
