He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Papoccia and Josephine Papoccia (Tominello); his spouse Carmen Carter; and his brother Robert Papoccia. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Linda Papoccia of Silvis; his nephew Robert W. Papoccia (Julie); his great-nephew Griffin; his niece Amy; and his great-niece Ella Papoccia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (708 10th Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Happy Tails in Rock Falls.
