Bell (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 7, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo P. Bell and Elda R. Bell (Larson); his children, Michael Bell and Debra Warren (Bell); and his stepson James Saldecki.
He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Popkin; his wife Betty L. Bell; his daughter Laura Wade; his stepchildren, Allan Saldecki (Mien), Susan Loungaphay (Boun), Ernest Valladares Jr. and Tim Valladares; his siblings, Ronald Bell (Kathleen), Sandra Hansen (Thomas) and Karen Temple; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by grandchildren.
