She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Harper and Roselia Harper (Schaab); her spouse Thomas B. Gilmartin; her daughter-in-law Donna Baxter; and her siblings, Harry "Buddy" Harper, Jr., Eleanor Faivre and Harriet Hauck.
She is survived by: her son Bill Baxter (Alisa) of Rock Falls; her grandchildren, Shannon Mulnix (Jason) of Rock Falls and Cory Baxter (Lindsey) of Fla; her great grandchildren, Paige, Cole, Kenz and Brady; her sisters, Rosalie Manley and Ruth Bart; and her close friend Karen.
A memorial has been established to the Sterling Moose.
