She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Alva and Arlie Mae Wells (Rutledge); her husband Joseph L. Collins; her son David Collins of Houston, TX; her foster children, Beverly Carp of Springfield, MO and Jim Butler of South Carolina; her grandson Nigel Collins of California; her great grandchildren, Blake, Abby and Ethan; her close friend Mareda Dortch; and her daughter Fawntella Marie Collins. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be enforced for a visitation, allowing 25 people at a time, on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 2:00-3:00 P. M. at the McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls.
