He was predeceased by: his parents, Siegmund Nerstheimer and Rosalia Nerstheimer (Gulea); and his wife Barbara Lapp (Hibbard). He is survived by: his children, Heidi M. Kitzmiller, Tammie Fenn (Gary), Melissa Rice (Tom) and James C. Nerstheimer; and his siblings, Helga Pate and Siegmund Nerstheimer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
