He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo E and Edna Blair Sr. (Hahn); his wife Joan Knabe; his sister Marilyn Isenhart; and his granddaughter Stephanie Rivera.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Reese (Ted), Jeff Kindle, Susan Vasquez (Ruben), Alan Blair (Cheri), Karen Paris (Jim), Jill Blair, Jan Dominguez (Eddie) and Eric Blair (Beth); and his siblings, Beverly Stern (Mel) and James Blair (Marilyn).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
