We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Lawrence William Nelson (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Clinton, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Nelson and June Nelson (Thompson); his siblings, Harry Nelson and Loess Bedeger; and his granddaughter Camarie Reigel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melva Broderick of Nelson, Karen Hollenbeck of San Francisco and Calif; his grandchildren, Kerri Reigel of Lake Geneva, Craig Nelson Reigel of Nelson and Matthew Broderick of Dixon; his nephew Dan Bedeger of Walcott; and also, Navy, Radioman Third Class and Florence Shonka.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Rock River Hospice and Home in Sterling.
