He was predeceased by: his parents, Elving Frederick and Bernadine Frederick (Stach); and his sister Brenda Talbot of Kewanee. He is survived by: his wife Debra Manning of Rock Falls; and his children, Tammy Keller of Colona, IL, Sheila McGill of Colona, IL and Chip Lief of Joy, IL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
