She was predeceased by: her father Clell Jaques; her grandparents, Dorothy (Wise), Gene Starnes, Lawrence Newcum, Harold and Mae Jaques; and her siblings-in-law, Robert, Doris Miller, Schotzy, Rascal and Frazier.
She is survived by: her mother Sandra; her stepfather David Burch of Rock Falls, IL; her children, Mallory Miller and Mason Miller of Roscoe, IL.; her sisters, Karla Rager (Mitch) of Oregon, IL, Kristie Jaques-Anglin (Dennis) of O'Fallon, IL and Keri McGuire (Travis) of Sugar Grove, IL; her stepsisters, Michelle (Brian), Monica Mefford (Ryan) of Knoxville, TN and Melissa (Casey); her aunts, Lois Appleman of Dixon, IL and Deanne; her uncle Marvin VonHolten of Tucson, AZ.; and her former husband Monte Miller of Roscoe, IL..
