She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Powers and Florence Powers (Cherry). She is survived by: her husband Donald Halverson of Rock Falls; and her children, Pamela Yenter (Jim) of Manchester, IA, Donna Kay Meseraull of Rock Falls, Susan Heckman (Joe) of Rock Falls, Gary Halverson (Patricia) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Kenneth Halverson (Sharon) of Sterling, Thomas Halverson (Wendy) of Morrison, Michael Halverson (Stephenie) of Bybee, TN and Patrick Halverson (Laura) of Sterling. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
