He is survived by: his children, Jarod Lewis of Rock Falls and Miranda Lewis of Rock Falls; his former wife Barb DeJonge; his siblings, Faith Spencer of Rock Falls, Ethel Swanson (Fred) of Rock Falls, Mary Ann Stern of Rock Falls, Mike Lewis (Dede) of Rock Falls, Dave Lewis (Bobette) of Rock Falls and Philp Lewis of Rock Falls; his grandchildren, Elysa Montooth, Angel Perry, Jessykah Lewis and Jayda Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Jasper and Noah.
