He is survived by: his wife Kristy Reyes; his daughters, Shauntai Reyes of Rock Falls, Trista Shaw (Bob Bellows) of Rock Falls, Shiree Shaw (Jake Henson) of Rock Falls and Janessa Shaw of Rock Falls; his siblings, Julie Bates (Cecil), Devra Collier and Thomas Thompson of Rock Island; his nephew Michael; and his close friends, Lamar Hughes (Randa), David Hines (Debbie), Jerome Tucker, Kevin Williamson, Christina Townsend, Shawnya Beightler, Bryan Dickinson, Bobbi Folsom and Andre Freeman. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
