She was predeceased by: her parents, Howland Ellis and Myrna Planthaber; and her siblings, Vernon, Robert Ellis, June Meenan and Joy Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Lea Blackwell (Bill), Glenna Tolley of Pasadena, TX, Eric Tolley (Phyllis) of Westchester, IL, Douglas Woodson (Pauline) of Oak Park, IL and Jennifer Woodson (Stephanie Kroeplin) of Oregon City, OR; her sisters, Mary Stover (Stanley) of Milledgeville and Nancy Stern of Sterling; and her grandchildren, Kent Vock, Angi Jones, Juan Tolley, Jamie Tolley and Tewa Woodson.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the YWCA of Sauk Valley.
