It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. Howell Sr. (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Cahokia, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Howell and Norma Howell (Meyer). He is survived by: his children, Dacia Nelson (Thomas) of Sterling, Marissa Lowe (Jeremy) of Richmond, James Howell (Holley) of Rock Falls and Nathan Howell of Rock Falls; and also Judith L. Hart. He is also survived by six sisters; two brothers; seventeen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
