It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry T. Riggins Jr. (Rock Falls, Illinois), who passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T Riggins and Lillis M. Riggins (Hester). He is survived by: his wife Winifred Clifton; and his sons, Michael Riggins (Joyce) of Orange Park, Fla., Mark Riggins (Jane) and Douglas Riggins (Debbie) of Rock Falls. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Rock River Hospice and Home.
