He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Scott and Hester Scott (Quimby); his children, Bruce, Randy and Faith Ann; his brother Lewis Morris; and his grandson Daniel James Heather.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Shoffner; and his children, Dean (Roice), Gilbert W., Dennis (Lori) and Dianna. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
