It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George Wright (Rock Falls, Illinois), who passed away at the age of 79, on July 3, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Numen Wright and Sarah Wright (Martindale); his wife Barbara; his brothers, Robert, Arthur Wright and Eugene McLain; and his stepson Paul Newman.
He is survived by: his former spouse Burgett; his wife Linda; his children, Barbara Scott (Randy) of Beavercreek, OH and Brent Wright (Gayle) of Rock Falls; his brother Martin Wright of Lyndon; his grandchildren, Joshua, Geoffrey, Nathan, Timothy, Sarah and Katie; and his stepgrandchildren, Lexi and Laykn. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Food Pantry of the 1st Christian Church in Rock Falls or to the family, for a future charity as of yet to determined.
