It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Foster Dale Sigel (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his spouse Johnnie L. Jones; his children, Candy Dugger (Tommy) of Rock Falls, Eric Sigel (Tina) of Mount Carroll, Brett Sigel of Rock Falls, Marc Sigel of Clinton, IA and James Sigel of Rock Falls; and his siblings, Shirley Heiser (Melvin) of Fisher, David Sigel of Rock Falls and John Sigel (Gail) of Rock Falls. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
