Edward Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Cook (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on June 4, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Cook and Elizabeth Cook; and his sisters, Mary Cook and Wanda Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Smith (Rick) of Lyndon, Shelly Williams (Tim) of Bono, Ark, Frank Cook of Rochelle and Robert Cook of Rock Falls; his nieces and nephews, Linda Hendrick (Chris) of Forreston, Heidi Cook of Dixon, Michael Smith (Holly) of Dixon and Christopher Coy of Rochelle; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grace, Emma Smith, Jariyah Chattic, Jy'ralde Chattic, Marcus and Isaiah Shover; and his close friend Diane Smith. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Serenity Hospice and Iowa City VA Hospital.
