He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Koehler. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lea Wagenecht; his children, Karie Koehler of Rock Falls, Matthew Koehler of Dixon and Mark Koehler (Becky) of Rock Falls; his grandson Gregory Lee Willis II; and his siblings, Charles Koehler (Marge) of Rock Falls, Robert Koehler (Barb) of Woodstock, Mary Starr (Jim) of Rock Falls, Kay Osborn (Dave) of Huntley and Shirley Brockwell (Kevin) of Polo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It is requested by the family the in lieu of flowers, memorial be made to the Illinois Elks Children's Care.
