It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis M. Skinner (Rock Falls, Illinois), born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on December 9, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Michael Skinner. He is survived by: his parent Laurence Skinner; his wife Brenda Skinner of Sterling; his sons, Tony Skinner (Lory) of Shakapee and Randy Skinner of Sterling; his mother Phyllis Blanchard of Ottumwa; his siblings, Florence Clark (James) of Ottumwa, Leslie Rounceville (Mike) of Henderson, N. C., Rita Reid (Tom) of Fairfield, Kristi Conley (Richard), Tammy Bainbridge (Jerry) and Larry Skinner (Dixie) of Richland, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mike, Jonathan, Tiffany, Amber and Jensen; and his great grandchildren, Jaryd, Aubry, Landyn, McKenzie, Isabella, Timmothy and Sophia.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
