He is survived by: his children, Rachel Matthews of Rock Falls, Todd Stillwell of Rock Falls and Jeff Stillwell (Julie) of Ottawa; and his sisters, Darlen Stillwell of Peoria and Donna Baker of Tenn. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
