He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wagenknecht and Isabel Wagenknecht (Bradshaw); his sister Beverly Phillips; and his half-brother James Lamz. He is survived by: his daughter Marshelle Wagenknecht of Rock Falls; his brother Robert Wagenknecht of Sterling; his half-brothers, Joel Lamz of DeKalb and John Lamz (Nancy) of Stevens Point, Wis.; and his grandchildren, Davien Tindell, Bryson Boer and Isabel Boer.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
