With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clayton J. McThenia of Rock Falls, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Barton Baxter and Bertha Anne McThenia (Hurley); and his son Jeffrey Todd McThenia. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Eller; his children, Kellye Clifton (Lee) of Rock Falls and Clayton B. McThenia of Rock Falls; his brother Dewey McThenia of Marion, VA; his siblings-in-law, Tom Eller and Peggy McThenia; his grandchildren, Jenna McThenia Nathan Vandersnick (Shane Wetter), Aaron Vandersnick (Jessica), Jordan McThenia, Clayton J. McThenia and Taylor Herzog (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Mason Sethcell, Maddox Wetter, Dallys, Lilly and Dillon Vandersnick. He is also survived by great granddaughter soon; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
