He is survived by: his significant other Jerome Sukup of Rockford; and his siblings, Dr. Shirley Vazquez of Rock Falls, Alicia Bushman (Jim) of Sterling and Dr. Thomas Finney (Mary) of Rock Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
